Estate Administration
Our Estate Administration Department includes services such as helping you navigate and handle the process after a loved one passes. This includes areas such as administering wills, probate and surviving joint tenancy. Estate Planning
Estate Planning includes creating documents such as a Last Will and Testament, a Power of Attorney and a Health Care Proxy to ensure your assets, possessions, and health interests are covered and handled after you pass, exactly as you wish. Real Estate - Farm/Residential
Real Estate Law consists mainly of buying and selling residential and farmland property and handling mortgages. For assistance with any of your real estate matters or questions, contact our office and one of our Real Estate Legal Assistants, Kelli Watson or Morgan Dyke, will assist you.
Criminal Defence
Criminal Defence consists of strategy and assistance pertaining to any and all criminal charges. Common areas include traffic tickets, assault, impaired driving and more. Our lawyers and legal assistants will assist you in preparing for your court dates and trials.
